About Russell

​Russell has over circa 25 years recruitment experience supporting the Retail, Hospitality and Consumer sectors.

As one of AdMore’s founders, Russell is mainly focused on managing our largest accounts and developing our client portfolio. In addition, he loves nothing better than completing executive search assignments for a diverse range of clients of.

Russell started his career in retail on the Marks and Spencer graduate scheme before entering the recruitment world. When not working Russell indulges in his passion for fast cars and holidays as well as the many on-going commitments that go along with three teenage children.
