Area Manager - Fashion
Up to £45,000 + Car / Car Allowance + package

Your experience
You will have experience of managing remotely in a district / area / regional / divisional manager position across multiple sites and locations within the branded fashion and accessories sectors
You will operate with a keen commercial acumen, capitalising on sales opportunities and have a track record of delivering profit through commercial principles and through leading your teams of people from the front
You will have operated in an environment where excellent customer service, managing the customer journey, driving sales and managing the P+L are paramount
Day to day
You will have full accountability for the P&L in your area, providing support and guidance to your teams to maximise the profit and commercial opportunities for the business.
As an Area Manager, you will be building and managing the relationships with your teams. Through your passion, energy and your self-starter mentality, engaging teams comes naturally to you. So does the coaching and support of your people to drive the business results.
You will provide innovative and practical commercial solutions, improving merchandising to drive profit and customer experience
