Up to £75k – 100K salary + car + bonus + package

Your experience
· A strong operator from branded customer service focussed environments across sectors such as leisure activities, gyms, hotels, food and beverage or hospitality
· A ‘situational leadership’ management ethos has delivered you great results in your career to date by taking teams with you through winning hearts and minds
· Have led large teams previously from the front and managed cultural change and transformation in complex organisations
· Manager commercially through an understanding of the P+L, you have always known which buttons to push and levers to pull to deliver the best performance for your guests
Day to day
· You will be visible, directing the operation and viewing the operation from a guests perspective continually to makes sure that standards are maintained and commercially every opportunity is capitalised on.
· Expecting what you inspect. Your team of managers are very clear on what is expected of them across all functions from finance, sales and marketing, compliance, standards, food and beverage and guest services.
· Constantly communicating and spreading best practice you will be overseeing standards and delivering the quality of product and execution of the operation that our client is known for by its guests.
