You are an Inspirational manager and have a track record of leading your managers and team members, delivering quality food and beverage offerings and exceeding your business metrics.
You are passionate, self-motivated and positive individual who will ensure your team are equally as knowledgeable and positive when delivering the team values
A consummate coach and leader, you drive individual high performance and develop people through regular one to ones and training sessions
You are looking for an opportunity to develop your career managing Managers across a number of different venues
Day to day
Managing a very busy environment and a diverse team to deliver results across multiple venues, that in turn will allow the right candidate to thrive and demonstrate exactly what they are capable of.
