You are an accomplished Store Manager with experience in the coffee industry who is looking for a new challenge with a business that will reward you for your input, allow you plenty of autonomy within their framework, and support your growth and development to achieve great results.
We are looking for:
A Store manager, who is engaging, knowledgeable and driven. You know the secret of being a successful Store Manager is in how you go about achieving results. You are a real people person and hugely passionate when it comes to coaching, developing and empowering your team. You have never been short of business savvy and have the ability to maximise the financial performance of your store while effectively managing budgets.
