Working in an outdoor setting with like minded people, creating an environment of fun and joy and fostering an environment where people are happy and excited to be spending their leisure time.
Across multiple locations and across a diverse range of multiple leisure activities you will be the figure head for the driving the overall operation and aiming to delight every single one of your guests, every time.
A strong and capable operations team exists already. The missing part is you.
You are needed to wrap your arms around the business and galvanise the numerous departments and support functions.
You are needed to use your sales, marketing and commercial skills and experiences, to take the business to the next level.
You are needed to leverage commercial potential, tap into the existing market and seasonal opportunities and drive the future growth of the business to the level that you are capable of.
Get his right and it will allow the current CEO to ‘detach’ from the business and in turn creating your pathway to a bigger and broader role.
The experience you will bring is from holiday resorts, theme parks, complex hotel operations, holiday camps, activity and leisure events, outdoor leisure operations or large scale guest focussed hospitality operations.
You will hit the ground running and thrive with the level of autonomy and accountability in this true General Manager position
