They are looking for a people focused Head of Facilities with responsibility for Property Management, Facilities and Health and Safety. In addition you will oversee the management of both the inhouse team as well as external service providers to ensure high standards of maintenance and repairs.
These role is responsible for all elements of the Hard Facilities Management. The role will involve leading a large team to effectively manage the property portfolio ensuring the operation is safe, secure, and where maintenance issues are fixed quickly and efficiently. In addition to managing the internal team you will work with third parties and contractors where necessary to support the operation. In the role of Head of Facilities you will be given a considerable degree of autonomy as well as budgets to ensure the portfolio is not only fit for purpose but maximises the commercial opportunities.
What qualities do you need to be successful?
* You will have a background in hard facilities and property management.
* Proven experience in an M&E environment
* You will have a strong working knowledge of health and safety
* You will possess excellent stakeholder management
* You are driven and set high standards for yourself and those around you
