Your experience
· To succeed as a store manager, you will have experience of managing multiple service and interaction led sales environments from a number of product categories across the furniture and homewares sectors
· Service that sells. You live it, breath it and deliver it. Simple
· You will have a very strong focus on the commercial and sales performance of the store through supporting and leading a team of sales executives reporting directly into you.
Day to Day
· Managing the shop floor, this role is as much about owning the company vision and mission, living the company values and delivering a 'service that sales' environment.
· You will be a brand ambassador upholding standards and being a focal point for the team, having the confidence in your own ability to deliver the required results through your team and your management skills.
· You will love supporting your team and have very high expectations for customer service and be detail focused. Delivering the shop floor management ethos is critical to the success of this environment.
